Custom Specifications

After your initial quote request, we will create a custom imaging specification that outlines the technical requirements for creating your imagery. These spec sheets include everything from file formats, file sizes, styling requirements, lighting requirements, textures, retouching intensities, and anything that you communicated to us during the initial consultation.

Each time you need to place a new job request, you will log into our portal and locate the spec sheet we created for you. Update your order quantity, add any customer instructions, and then upload any files we require to complete the job. You will receive emails from our system from your assigned artist any time he/she needs clarifications or when the job is complete.

Dedicated Artists

If you are using our services on a regular basis, we always do our best to assign the same artists to each of your jobs as we know that there are many benefits from working with the same person who knows and understands your special needs.

If you are not happy with the work, you can request a revision at no additional charge. No questions asked. If you ask us to do something that is over and above your initial job request, then it’s technically not a revision and it’s more of a change request. When this happens, we will send you a work order that you will need to approve before we begin to make the changes. You should expect to request revisions from time to time, especially when our working relationship is just getting started. It may take one or two jobs until we fully understand your likes and dislikes. Over time we will be completely in sync with you almost to the point where we can read your mind. We encourage you to give us feedback after each job. The more information you provide us, the better we become at meeting your needs. Your feedback gets captured in our system and we use it to train and improve your assigned team members. Our goal is to be an extension of your team, and your feedback is critical to our success.

When you submit a quote request, we look at several things in order to determine if we can meet your needs and how much to charge.

We provide each of our clients with custom quotes and we base our pricing on three variables:

  • Scope of work
  • Order volume
  • Payment plans and/or contractual agreements

 

Scope of Work – The more time it takes to complete a task coupled with the experience level of the artist are factors that determine the your scope of work.

Order Volume – We offer volume discounts that are specific to each of the various services we offer. Request a Quote.

Payment Plans – We offer 3 types of payment plans.

  • Pay as You Go for each job with a Credit Card or PayPal
  • Pay in Advance by purchasing Credits and pay for each job with Credits
  • Pay in Arrears with a Minimum Monthly Service Agreement – Customers who agree to minimum monthly service contracts qualify for special rates and monthly invoicing.
